Private music collection of Henrik Rung (1807-1871) containing over 25,000 items, which were willed to his son Frederik. In 1880-1881, Frederik Rung compiled a catalog which lists 74 entries for works by Beethoven, including a subscription copy of the Missa solemnis with Beethoven's corrections. The collection was acquired by the Royal Library, Copenhagen, in 1955.
